10 Best AgencyAnalytics Alternatives for Agencies in 2026

For most agencies, the best AgencyAnalytics alternative is Swydo or DashThis. Swydo is cheaper once you pass about 10 clients, and DashThis is the easiest swap.
If price matters most, Reporting Ninja gives you white-label reports for $40 a month at 30 clients. And Data Studio from Google is still free.
Here is why I went looking at all.
AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client per month on annual billing. That sounds small. But at 30 clients it is $600 a month, or $7,200 a year, and it keeps climbing with every client you sign.
So I priced each tool at 5, 15 and 30 clients, using each vendor's live pricing page in October 2026. Think of this as an AgencyAnalytics comparison built on the real bill, not the feature list.
When an AgencyAnalytics Alternative Starts to Make Sense
I want to be fair first. AgencyAnalytics is good agency reporting software for reporting and analytics. You get unlimited dashboards, unlimited data sources, 85+ integrations, a white-labeled client portal and AI insights, all in one plan.
The problem is how the price grows. Here is why agencies look for an AgencyAnalytics replacement.
The per-client price never flattens. Client 31 costs the same $20 as client 1. Volume discounts start at 25+ clients, but only through sales.
Rank tracking is extra. Keyword rank tracking is an add-on at $41.67 a month for 500 keywords, billed annually. An SEO agency will almost always need it.
Monthly billing costs more. The $20 is the annual rate. On a monthly subscription, its own site lists plans from $25.
None of this is a dealbreaker for a small agency. It starts to hurt around 15 clients, and that is where alternatives to AgencyAnalytics get interesting.
The Three Ways These Tools Charge You
Before you compare names, I think it helps to know how each tool bills you. This one thing decides your cost more than any feature.
Every tool on this list charges you in one of these three ways.
Per client. You pay a fixed amount for each client. AgencyAnalytics works this way. It is simple, but it grows in a straight line.
Per data source. You pay for each connected account, like one Google Ads account or one Meta Ads account. Swydo, Porter Metrics, Supermetrics and Whatagraph work this way, so watch the data source limits on each plan.
Flat tier. You pay one price for a bundle, like 25 dashboards. DashThis, Reporting Ninja and SE Ranking work this way. The price jumps at each tier, then stays flat. If you want AgencyAnalytics alternatives with flat-rate pricing, start with these three.
What to Look for in an AgencyAnalytics Alternative
When we compare marketing analytics tools for agencies, these are the six things I check:
White-label dashboards and branded client reports, with your logo and your own domain.
Integration availability for the channels you report on: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads reporting and Meta Ads reporting at the very least.
Automated report delivery, so report scheduling sends automated marketing reports without anyone touching them.
A client portal with client access permissions, so each client only sees their own data.
Report customization, meaning custom report templates you can reuse across clients. This is where reporting customization differs most between tools.
Scalability of the pricing, which is the whole reason most people leave.
The 10 Best AgencyAnalytics Alternatives, Priced at 15 Clients
For each tool I give you the price at 15 clients, since that is a common agency size. I assume each client has three connected accounts, such as GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads, and I use annual pricing wherever it is offered.
1. DashThis
DashThis is the closest like-for-like swap. It is client dashboard software that builds clean client reporting dashboards fast, and white label is included on every plan.
Price at 15 clients: $279 a month on the Business plan, which covers 25 dashboards. Plans start at $44 a month for 3 dashboards.
Where it beats AgencyAnalytics: Flat tiers. Clients 16 to 25 cost nothing extra. Every plan also gets every integration.
Where it loses: No built-in rank tracker, and the jump from 25 to 50 dashboards takes you from $279 to $429.
On AgencyAnalytics vs DashThis, I would pick DashThis if your agency has between 15 and 25 clients. Below 10 clients, AgencyAnalytics is often cheaper.
2. Swydo
Swydo is built for PPC campaign reporting and agency workflow. One plan includes all features, with unlimited users, clients and reports.
Price at 15 clients: About $172 a month. That is $49 for the first 10 data sources plus $3.50 for each one after that.
Where it beats AgencyAnalytics: You pay for connected accounts, not clients, and the rate per account drops as you grow. Branded client reports with your own domain are included.
Where it loses: Billing is monthly only, and a client with lots of ad accounts costs more.
Swydo has a free trial of 14 days with no card. Of all the AgencyAnalytics alternatives for PPC reporting, it is my pick.
3. Reporting Ninja
Reporting Ninja is the cheapest white-label reporting software I found that still feels complete.
Price at 15 clients: $40 a month on the Small plan, billed annually. It allows 30 accounts of each type, so 30 Google Ads accounts, 30 Meta accounts and so on.
Where it beats AgencyAnalytics: Price, by a mile. White label and a client portal are on every plan, along with unlimited users.
Where it loses: The report builder is simpler, and it caps you at 30 reports on the Small plan.
Of the AgencyAnalytics alternatives for small agencies and freelancers, this is the most affordable one on my list. It also connects to Data Studio if you want to build there instead.
4. Porter Metrics
Porter Metrics is not a dashboard tool on its own. It is a data integration tool that sends your client data into Data Studio, Google Sheets or Power BI, where you build the reports.
Price at 15 clients: About $169 a month on annual billing for 45 accounts. Its free plan stays free after the 14-day trial, but shows a Porter badge.
Where it beats AgencyAnalytics: Full freedom over data visualization, and the price per account falls as you add more.
If you want custom reports you design from scratch, this route gives you the most control.
Where it loses: You build and maintain every dashboard yourself.
5. Databox
Databox is a KPI tracking tool with a free plan and an Agency plan for multi-client management.
Price at 15 clients: Hard to pin down. The Agency plan starts at $79 a month billed annually, plus account packs at about $20 to $25 each. White label is a separate $80 a month add-on.
Where it beats AgencyAnalytics: Goals, scorecards and performance metrics across many clients in one view. Its agency features center on multi-client management.
Where it loses: Its pricing page lists different numbers in different places, so get a written quote.
On AgencyAnalytics vs Databox, I see Databox as a better fit for agencies that sell KPI tracking and goals, not monthly SEO performance reports.
6. Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio)
This is the best free marketing reporting software for agencies, and the name changed this year. As Google's own announcement explains, Looker Studio became Data Studio again in April 2026.
Price at 15 clients: $0. Data Studio Pro costs $9 per user per project per month if you want admin and team features.
Where it beats AgencyAnalytics: It is free, and the Google connectors cost nothing. Google Analytics, Search Console and your website traffic analytics all connect for free.
Where it loses: Meta Ads, LinkedIn and most other channels need a paid connector, and you build everything yourself.
7. Supermetrics
Supermetrics is marketing data integration software. Like Porter, it feeds data into Data Studio, Sheets, Excel, Power BI, or AI chats like Claude and ChatGPT.
Price at 15 clients: The Growth plan is $177 a month on annual billing, but it only allows 7 accounts per data source. Add-ons raise that to 15, so 15 clients is about the limit before Enterprise pricing.
Where it beats AgencyAnalytics: Data quality and the number of connectors for marketing campaign analytics.
Where it loses: The account caps make it a poor fit for agencies with many clients.
8. SE Ranking
SE Ranking is SEO reporting software first, with keyword rank tracking, backlink reporting and audits built in.
Price at 15 clients: $292 a month on annual billing. That is the Growth plan at $223.20 for 30 projects, plus the Agency Pack at $69 for white label and 30 client seats.
Where it beats AgencyAnalytics: Rank tracking for 5,000 keywords is included, where AgencyAnalytics charges extra.
Where it loses: Weaker for PPC and social media analytics than the reporting-first tools.
If you want AgencyAnalytics alternatives with SEO rank tracking built in, this is the one. Just know the comparison page ranking at the top of Google for this keyword is SE Ranking's own.
9. Whatagraph
Whatagraph is a polished cross-channel reporting platform. But its pricing changed a lot.
Price at 15 clients: At least €999 a month, billed annually. Its live pricing page now starts at the Max plan, with 50 credits, where one credit is one connected account.
Where it beats AgencyAnalytics: Design quality, cross-channel reporting, unlimited users and reports, and strong white-label options.
Where it loses: Price. Older lists still quote a $229 plan that no longer appears on its pricing page.
On AgencyAnalytics vs Whatagraph, I would only pick Whatagraph if you have the budget and want premium-looking reports.
10. NinjaCat
NinjaCat is an enterprise agency reporting platform built for hundreds of accounts, now with AI agents on top.
Price at 15 clients: Quote only. A 2026 estimate, written by a competitor, put it around $1,500 to $3,000 a month on an annual contract.
Where it beats AgencyAnalytics: Scale, multi-location brands and AI automation.
Where it loses: It is overkill below about 40 clients.
What 5, 15 and 30 Clients Really Cost
This is the table I could not find anywhere else. Same assumption as above: three connected accounts per client, annual pricing where offered.
Tool | 5 Clients | 15 Clients | 30 Clients |
|---|---|---|---|
AgencyAnalytics | $100 | $300 | $600 |
DashThis | $139 | $279 | $429 |
Swydo | $67 | $172 | $329 |
SE Ranking (with Agency Pack) | $172 | $292 | $292 |
Porter Metrics | $83 | $169 | $225 |
Reporting Ninja | $20 | $40 | $40 |
Data Studio | $0 | $0 | $0 |
AgencyAnalytics climbs in a straight line while most alternatives flatten out.
What surprised me: at 5 clients, AgencyAnalytics is cheaper than DashThis and SE Ranking. By 30 clients, it is the most expensive tool in the table.
I left out Databox, Supermetrics, Whatagraph and NinjaCat because their pricing depends on quotes, add-ons or caps that do not fit a clean table.
White Label, Trials and Rank Tracking Across All 10
Here is my feature comparison of the AgencyAnalytics competitors. I would read it next to the cost table above, because these tools differ more in how they bill you than in what they do.
Tool | Pricing Model | White Label | Free Plan or Trial | Built-In Rank Tracking | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
AgencyAnalytics | Per client | Yes | 14-day trial | Add-on | All-in-one |
DashThis | Flat tier | Yes, all plans | 14-day trial | No | Easy switch |
Swydo | Per data source | Yes | 14-day trial | No | PPC agencies |
Reporting Ninja | Flat tier | Yes, all plans | 15-day trial | No | Small agencies |
Porter Metrics | Per account | Paid plans | Free plan | No | DIY dashboards |
Databox | Tier + packs | $80 add-on | Free plan | No | KPI tracking |
Data Studio | Free | Build your own | Free | No | Zero budget |
Supermetrics | Per data source | Via your tool | 14-day trial | No | Data pipes |
SE Ranking | Flat tier + pack | Agency Pack | 14-day trial | Yes | SEO agencies |
Whatagraph | Credits | Yes | Demo only | No | Premium reports |
NinjaCat | Quote | Yes | Demo only | No | Large agencies |
Best Free AgencyAnalytics Alternatives
If you want free AgencyAnalytics alternatives or free reporting tools, I would look at these three:
Data Studio is the real free option. It is free for creators and viewers, with free Google connectors. You pay only if you need other channels.
Databox Free gives you 1 user, 3 data sources and 1 dashboard. That is enough to test one client, not run an agency.
Porter Metrics Free keeps your connectors running after the trial, with a Porter badge on your reports.
I would pair Data Studio with a cheap connector. That is the lowest cost setup I know that still looks professional.
Which Tool Fits Which Kind of Agency
I would choose by the kind of agency you run, not by the feature list.
SEO agencies: SE Ranking. Rank tracking and backlink reporting are built in, so SEO performance reports come in one place.
PPC agencies: Swydo, for clean PPC campaign reporting across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Social media agencies: DashThis. For social media reporting, it builds dashboards clients can read the fastest.
Small agencies and freelancers: Reporting Ninja, then Data Studio if the budget is zero.
Agencies that sell marketing performance reporting to bigger brands: Whatagraph, if the budget allows.
Agencies with 50+ clients: NinjaCat, or a custom quote from AgencyAnalytics itself.
Whichever you pick, run the trial with two of your real clients, not demo data. Ease of use and customer support only show up when you use your own accounts.
And if your clients also ask which companies are visiting their website, we covered that side in our guide to Leadfeeder alternatives.

If I Ran a 15-Client Agency Tomorrow
Here is exactly what I would do.
I would trial Swydo and DashThis in the same two weeks, with the same three clients. Both are automated client reporting tools.
Both send reports on a schedule without you touching them, and both give each client a dashboard they can log into. At 15 clients, that is $172 or $279 a month instead of $300 on AgencyAnalytics.
If I mostly sold SEO, I would trial SE Ranking instead, because rank tracking alone is worth about $42 a month on AgencyAnalytics.
And before signing anything annual, I would check the pricing page again. Two tools on this list, Data Studio and Whatagraph, changed in big ways just this year.
