AI Windes answers one kind of question: which AI model should you build on. You describe the job; it names a model, shows the numbers behind the choice, and tells you what you give up.

1. Sign in

Enter your email on the sign-in page. We send a link that signs you in — there is no password to create. The link expires after 15 minutes and works once, so request a fresh one if it goes stale.

There is no paid tier and no card. Signing in exists so your chats stay attached to you between visits.

2. Ask in plain language

You don't need a query syntax. These all work:

  • Best model for agentic coding under $5 per million tokens
  • Compare Claude Opus 5 and GPT-5.2
  • Cheapest model with vision and a 200K context window
  • We run 2 million requests a month — what will that cost?
  • Where is the price-performance frontier right now?

3. Read the answer

Every answer follows the same shape, so you can skim it the same way each time:

  1. The recommendation — one named model and the score behind it.
  2. The headline figures — price, benchmark score, context window, throughput.
  3. A chart or table showing how the shortlist compares.
  4. The trade-off — the runner-up, and what the cheaper option actually costs you in capability.
  5. The caveat — where benchmark coverage is thin, or which assumptions the pricing rests on.
