Haime AI: The Governed Way to Give a Team ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini

Haime is a workspace that gives a team access to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Mistral through one login, with sensitive data stripped out before it reaches any model and everything hosted in the EU. It is built for organisations that want employees using AI without each person picking their own tool, pasting client data into it, and nobody finding out until something goes wrong.

Pricing runs from a two week free trial up to €39 per seat a month for Enterprise, with a minimum of 20 seats on that tier.

I want to flag something before I go further. When I first searched for this, I kept landing on results about a completely different company.

The Name Trap

If you search Haime AI, do not be surprised when Hume AI shows up instead.

Hume is a well known, well funded company that does emotion recognition and expressive voice AI. Haime is a small Danish platform for governed team access to other people's models. They do nothing alike, and I mixed them up myself for the first few minutes of research.

Worth knowing before you go looking for reviews, because a review of Hume tells you nothing about Haime, and I suspect a fair number of the clicks meant for one land on the other.

What It Actually Is

Strip the marketing language and Haime is a front end that sits between your employees and the AI models they want to use.

An employee opens Haime instead of opening ChatGPT directly. They pick a model, Claude for a document, Gemini for something else, and work as normal.

Behind that screen, the platform strips personal data out of what they send before it reaches the model. It logs what happened. An administrator gets a dashboard showing who used what and how often.

That is the whole idea in one sentence. Not a new model. Not a better chatbot. A managed doorway to the models that already exist.

The company is Haime ApS, registered in Smørum, Denmark, with company registration number 45919498.

I mention that because I could not find a single named customer, case study, or independent review anywhere. A footer with a real registration number is close to the only outside verification I have that this is a functioning business rather than a landing page.

The Four Tiers, and What They Actually Include

Here is where I want to be precise, because credit where it is due, Haime publishes its prices in full. Most of what I write about does not.

Free trial gives two weeks of full Single plan access to one user, no card required. According to their own FAQ, nothing charges automatically when it ends. The account simply pauses until you choose a plan.

Single costs €15 a seat monthly, or €150 a year, which works out to two months free on the annual rate. It covers managed model access, basic prompt assistance and basic usage visibility for one person.

Teams costs €23 a seat monthly, or €230 annually, and is the plan Haime itself flags as most popular. It adds role based access control, proper usage analytics and shared projects, aimed at groups of two to fifty.

Enterprise costs €39 a seat monthly, or €390 annually, with a minimum of 20 seats.

That minimum is easy to miss on the pricing page. It matters, because it sets the real entry cost at €780 a month, roughly €9,360 a year before VAT, not the €39 headline figure.

One phrase on that pricing page deserves a second look. Below Single and Teams, usage is described as fair use for an individual, which Haime's FAQ defines as daily prompts, documents and analysis appropriate for one working person. They say they monitor for usage that becomes extraordinary relative to that.

No number is attached to extraordinary.

I would ask directly what the actual ceiling is before rolling this out to a team of heavy users. A soft limit with no published figure is the kind of thing that surprises someone in month two.

What It Would Cost to Go Around Haime Instead

This is the comparison nobody selling this kind of platform ever shows you, so I built it myself.

Buying ChatGPT Team, Claude Team and a Gemini business seat separately runs somewhere in the region of 25, 25 and 14 dollars per person a month, based on rates I checked across several current pricing roundups.

Those figures move around by a few dollars depending on the source and the billing cycle. Treat it as a band rather than an exact number, but the shape holds.

Getting genuine access to all three models costs roughly 60 to 65 dollars a seat, before anyone has built governance, logging or PII handling on top.

Haime's Teams tier, which gives access to all three plus Mistral, plus the governance layer, costs €23. Even the €39 Enterprise tier sits well under that combined figure.

So the pitch genuinely adds up on paper, provided a team actually needs all three models rather than picking a favourite and staying there.

If everyone on the team would happily live inside ChatGPT alone, none of this maths matters. A single Plus subscription beats every option here.

Where It Actually Sits in the Market

I want to place this honestly rather than let the marketing do it for me.

There is a category of heavyweight AI governance platform, the kind that maps controls to the EU AI Act, tiers systems by risk, and runs red team exercises against production models.

That is a different tier of product entirely, aimed at large regulated organisations with a dedicated AI risk function.

Haime is not that.

It does not appear to do risk tiering, model registries, or framework mapping to ISO 42001 or the EU AI Act.

What it does is narrower, and for a lot of smaller organisations, more immediately useful. Controlled access. PII stripping. A usage dashboard. A Data Processing Agreement on the Enterprise plan.

Think of it as the gate rather than the compliance department.

If your actual problem is that fifteen people are pasting client names into ChatGPT's free tier with nobody watching, Haime solves that today.

If your problem is proving to a regulator that you have classified every AI system in the building by risk level, you need one of the heavier platforms. Probably Haime alongside it rather than instead of it.

What EU Hosted and PII Stripped Actually Mean Here

Worth unpacking rather than taking at face value, since these phrases get used loosely across this whole category.

Haime states that AI providers cannot use your prompts or data to train their models, that data is hosted in the EU, and that a Data Processing Agreement is available for Enterprise customers on request.

That combination directly addresses the Schrems II concern that trips up a lot of European companies using US hosted AI tools, where personal data crossing the Atlantic becomes its own legal problem separate from the AI itself.

The PII stripping runs automatically in the background before a prompt reaches any model.

I could not find a technical description of what it catches. I would not assume it is bulletproof against something like a reference number embedded in a paragraph rather than sitting in a clearly labelled field.

Ask for the specifics on a demo call. Do not assume the word automatic covers everything.

Who I Would Actually Point at This

Good fit for a small to mid sized European company, particularly one already thinking about a Data Protection Officer or GDPR obligations, that wants staff using AI without every person becoming their own compliance risk.

Also a reasonable fit for Danish public sector bodies specifically, since Haime states it works with them directly and offers tailored terms.

Not the right tool if what you actually want is one person running an autonomous agent on their own machine with full access to their own files.

That is a different problem entirely, closer to what I covered in our guide to installing OpenClaw. Haime is many employees inside a fence. OpenClaw is one person with the fence removed.

Not the right tool either if you are already a large regulated enterprise that needs formal risk classification under the EU AI Act. That is the heavier governance suite category, and Haime does not claim to be one.

What I Could Not Verify

I want to be straightforward about the limits of what I found, because they are real.

I could not locate a single independent review, a G2 or Capterra listing, a Trustpilot page, or a named customer case study anywhere.

Everything in this article beyond the pricing figures traces back to Haime's own website. That does not make any of it false.

It does mean nobody outside the company has publicly tested these claims yet, which is unusual for a platform charging enterprise level fees.

I also could not find a published API, an integrations list, or details of exactly which PII categories the stripping catches. If any of those matter to your rollout, get them confirmed on a call before signing anything longer than the Single monthly plan.

That is not a red flag by itself. Plenty of good small products start exactly this quiet.

But it does mean the burden sits on you to test it properly before committing beyond the trial. I would use every day of those two weeks rather than deciding on the demo call alone.

Check the fair use ceiling in writing, ask what the PII filter actually catches, and run it past your DPO before your Teams or Enterprise seats go live.
