9 Haime Alternatives Compared: Prices, Minimums and Trade-offs

Where I would start: if you are leaving Haime because of the 20 seat Enterprise minimum, look at Teamo AI, which has no seat minimum at all and starts around 9.97 euros per user. If you are leaving because you need certifications you can hand an auditor, look at Mistral Vibe, which publishes SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
Those are two completely different reasons, and they lead to two completely different products.
That is the problem with most Haime alternatives lists. They rank nine tools from best to worst as though everyone is solving the same problem. Nobody is.
So I sorted these by the reason you would switch. I also found real published prices for most of them, which is unusual in this category, and I have flagged the ones where the price is still a sales call.
What You Would Be Giving Up
It is only fair to start here, because Haime does several things well and a replacement needs to cover them.
Haime gives one team access to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Mistral through a single interface, strips personal data before prompts reach any model, hosts everything in Denmark, and includes a Data Processing Agreement on Enterprise plans. I went through all of that in detail in our Haime review.
Its published prices are 15, 23 and 39 euros per seat per month, which I broke down by team size in our Haime pricing guide.
Two things push people to look elsewhere. The Enterprise tier carries a 20 seat minimum, which makes the real floor 780 euros a month rather than 39. And the fair use policy has no published number, so nobody can tell you where the ceiling sits.
Everything below is sorted by which of those problems, or which other problem, you are trying to solve.
If the 20 Seat Minimum Is Blocking You
This is the most common reason I would expect, and it has the cleanest answer.
Teamo AI is the sharpest response to this specific problem. It is EU hosted, connects to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and Aleph Alpha, and is priced at roughly 9.97 euros per user per month plus usage based credits. There is no seat minimum and no sales call.
For a twelve person company that wants governed access and cannot justify paying for twenty seats, that is the obvious first call.
ChatGPT Business has a two seat minimum, which is effectively none. OpenAI cut the price by five dollars in April 2026, so it now sits at 20 dollars per seat on annual billing or 25 monthly.
Claude Team is the same shape, at 20 dollars per seat annually or 25 monthly. Worth knowing that Claude Enterprise carries its own 20 seat minimum on the self serve path, so if it is the minimum you are escaping, stay on Team.
The trade off with both is that you are back to one model family per subscription, and you lose the governance layer entirely.
If You Simply Want It Cheaper
Price alone is a different question from the minimum, because the cheapest option depends on how many models you actually need.
Teamo AI again leads on headline price at 9.97 euros, though the usage credits mean the real number depends on how heavily your team works. I would model that carefully rather than taking the headline figure.
Langdock, based in Frankfurt, sits at roughly 20 to 25 euros per user per month on its Business plan, with over forty models and full enterprise authentication including SSO, SAML and SCIM. That is genuinely comparable to Haime Teams at 23 euros.
The catch is that Langdock layers its pricing: seats, plus workflow packages, plus model usage. I find that harder to budget than a flat seat price, and I would ask for a worked example at your expected volume before signing.
Buying subscriptions directly is the option people forget. If your team genuinely only needs one model family, a single ChatGPT Business or Claude Team seat at 20 dollars undercuts every platform on this page. You get no governance, no PII stripping and no admin dashboard, but you also pay for none of it.
If You Need Certifications You Can Show an Auditor
This is where I think Haime is genuinely weakest, because when I reviewed it I could not verify any completed security certification beyond what the company states on its own site.
Mistral Vibe, formerly Le Chat Enterprise, is the strongest answer. It is French, hosted in the EU by default, and publishes both SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. It is available as SaaS, private cloud or self hosted, includes an agent builder and MCP compatibility, and names customers including ASML, BNP Paribas and Stellantis.
Pricing is public, though quoted in US dollars. The Team plan runs 24.99 dollars per user per month plus a 50 dollar monthly base fee, which is the detail people miss when comparing it against a pure per seat product. On a five person team that base fee adds ten dollars per head.
The trade off is that Vibe is built around Mistral's own model family. If the reason you wanted Haime was access to GPT, Claude and Gemini in one place, this does not replace that.
Wysor is worth a look for regulated professions specifically. It is a multi model workspace covering GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek and Mistral, built around EU processing, a signed DPA and German professional confidentiality obligations under section 203 StGB. For lawyers, doctors and tax advisers in Germany, that framing is more useful than a generic GDPR claim.
If Your Data Cannot Leave Your Own Hardware
EU hosting is not the same as your hosting, and for some organisations only the second one counts.
Localmind, from Innsbruck, is built for this. It runs on your own hardware or in partner data centres in Austria and Germany, uses open source models such as Llama and Mistral with GPT, Claude and Gemini as options, and adds retrieval, multi agent workflows and OCR. Pricing is on request.
SwissGPT, from AlpineAI in Davos, covers the Switzerland gap with a private cloud in two Swiss data centres and self hosting on request. It publishes pricing in Swiss francs and focuses on government and healthcare.
Both are a meaningful step up in control and, I would expect, in cost and setup effort. Neither is a like for like swap for a seat based SaaS product, and I would only go here if data residency inside your own walls is a hard requirement rather than a preference.
If You Want Predictable Billing Instead of Fair Use
The undefined fair use limit is the thing I would find hardest to live with at Haime, and it is not unique to them.
Logicc, a German EU hosted platform that bundles ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Mistral behind a feature it calls Smart Select AI, has exactly the same problem. Its plans are subject to a fair usage policy whose limits are not publicly defined. It claims over 1,800 enterprise customers, so plenty of businesses are living with it, but it does not solve the predictability question.
AgentWorks takes the opposite approach with per token billing at published per model rates. There is a free pay as you go tier, a Pro plan at 39 euros a month and a Team plan at 49 euros per seat per month.
That is more expensive per seat than Haime, and in exchange you can calculate your bill exactly. Whether that trade is worth it depends on how much the uncertainty bothers you.
If you want to understand what per token pricing actually looks like in practice, our Gemini API pricing breakdown works through a real month, including the costs that do not appear on the rate card.
innoGPT, another German option, positions itself as the rollout and governance layer rather than just a chat interface, which puts it closest to Haime in intent. I could not find published pricing, so treat it as a quote based product.
If You Need Heavier Governance Than Haime Offers
Worth naming the category above Haime, because some buyers assume Haime is a compliance platform and it is not quite one.
Haime controls access and strips personal data. It does not classify AI systems by risk level, maintain a model registry, map controls to ISO 42001 or the EU AI Act specifically, or run red team exercises.
If those are your requirements, you are looking at the enterprise governance suites such as OneTrust, Modulos or ServiceNow AI Control Tower. They are a different class of product at a different price, aimed at organisations with a dedicated AI risk function.
For most buyers I would say the honest answer is that you need Haime or something like it, and a governance suite alongside it, rather than one instead of the other.

Currencies are as each vendor publishes them, so convert before comparing. I have not converted for you, because exchange rates move and you should compare in the currency you actually pay in.
One Thing to Know About Lists Like This
I want to flag something about the sources, including the ones I used.
Several of the most detailed comparisons of EU AI platforms are published by vendors who appear in their own rankings, usually near the top. One of the lists I drew on ranks its own publisher first. Another is hosted by a platform that appears in its own table.
That does not make their factual detail wrong, and I have used the parts I could corroborate. But it does explain why every list in this category has a different winner, and it is why I have sorted this one by problem rather than by rank. AI Windes does not sell any of these products, so I have no favourite to steer you toward.
I would also apply one filter of my own. Any vendor that will not publish a price, or will not define its fair use limit in a number, is asking you to take on an unknown. Sometimes that is fine. It should still be a conscious decision.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the best alternatives to Haime?
It depends on the reason you are switching. Teamo AI if the 20 seat minimum blocks you, Mistral Vibe if you need published certifications, Langdock if you want a comparable multi model workspace, and Localmind or SwissGPT if data must stay on your own hardware.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Haime?
Yes. Teamo AI starts around 9.97 euros per user plus usage credits, against 23 euros for Haime Teams. Buying a single ChatGPT Business or Claude Team seat at 20 dollars is cheaper still, though you lose the governance layer and the multi model access.
Which Haime alternatives have no seat minimum?
Teamo AI has none, Claude Team has none, and ChatGPT Business has a two seat minimum which is effectively none. Haime only applies a minimum on its Enterprise tier, at 20 seats.
Which EU hosted AI platforms compete with Haime?
Langdock in Frankfurt, Logicc and innoGPT in Germany, Wysor, Teamo AI, Mistral Vibe in Paris, Localmind in Austria and SwissGPT in Switzerland are the closest comparable products.
Do I need a platform like Haime or just separate subscriptions?
If your team genuinely uses one model family and nobody is asking you for a DPA or an audit trail, separate subscriptions are cheaper and simpler. The platforms earn their price when you need several model families, admin visibility and documented data handling.
Which Haime alternatives publish their pricing?
Teamo AI, Langdock, Mistral Vibe, AgentWorks and SwissGPT all publish figures, as does Haime itself. Logicc, innoGPT and Localmind quote on request.
Is Mistral Vibe a good alternative to Haime?
It is stronger on certifications, publishing SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, and it offers self hosting. It is weaker if you wanted multiple model families, because it is built around Mistral's own models. Remember the 50 dollar monthly base fee on top of the per seat price.
What is the difference between an AI workspace and an AI governance platform?
A workspace gives your team access to models with admin controls and data handling. A governance platform classifies AI systems by risk, maps controls to regulations such as the EU AI Act, and produces audit evidence. Haime and most alternatives here are workspaces.
Which alternative is best for a small European team?
For under twenty people wanting multiple models with EU hosting, I would shortlist Teamo AI and Langdock alongside Haime Teams, and get a worked cost example from each at your expected usage.
How I Would Actually Choose
Write down the one thing pushing you away from Haime before you look at any of these. The list collapses quickly once you do.
If it is the seat minimum, this is a short exercise, and Teamo AI or a direct subscription solves it today.
If it is certification evidence, Mistral Vibe is the only one on this page publishing both SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, and that is worth more than any feature comparison when a client questionnaire lands.
If it is the fair use uncertainty, move to per token billing and accept the higher headline price for a bill you can predict.
And if it is price alone, be honest about how many model families you genuinely use. That single answer decides whether you need any platform at all, or whether two ordinary subscriptions would have done the job.
I checked these figures against vendor pricing pages and published 2026 comparisons on 21 September 2026. Prices in this category move quickly and several vendors quote on request, so confirm directly before committing.
